Q. What kinds of events have been hosted at the Loft before?
Weddings, corporate holiday parties, corporate gatherings, launch parties, product launches, cocktail parties, etc.
Q. What is the standing and seated capacity of your event space?
The Loft has a standing capacity of 200 and a seated capacity of 80-100. Pablo’s has a standing capacity of 80. Baro Rooftop is 120 standing. Baro Main Dining Room is 75 seated and 120 standing.
Q. Do you have parking on site?
There is a Pro Park across the street that is open 24 hours.
Q. Can I bring in my own alcohol to serve?
All alcohol must be purchased under our liquor licence but we are happy to order in any specialty items for you if it is not something we normally carry.
Q. Can I bring in my own food?
We offer in-house catering as well as partner with Food Dudes and Oliver & Bonacini. We are happy to work with you to create a customized menu for your event.
Q. Do you have gluten-free / vegan / paleo options?
We can accommodate any dietary restriction you or your guests might have.
Q. How do I book my next event at Baro, Pablo’s, or the Loft on King?
When you fill out the contact form, we will get back to you within 3 business days with venue availability an initial cost estimate. Once you are ready to move forward we can send contact link that can be signed digitally.
Q. How do I pay for my event?
We accept all major credit cards or payment by cheque.
Q. Is there a service charge included with my event cost?
Yes, we charge a 22% service charge on any food and beverage items.
